Hello, my name is Roisin. I provide Dog Walking & Pet Care Services in North Tyneside.

After years of offering my time to friends and family, volunteering with animals from mastiffs to teacup chihuahua’s, chinchillas to cats, mice and more, and now having pets of my own, I have decided to leave my corporate career and pursue my passion for animal care as my livelihood.

Growing up I often worked with a family member who trained police dogs because I was so interested in the intelligence of the dogs and was always volunteering to pet sit other animals for my friends and family. Since finishing university, I have been walking dogs regularly through free services online such as borrow my doggy and other volunteer programmes.

As a pet owner myself, I understand their needs and your wish for them to be given the best possible care. Animals offer us so much love and they deserve the best in return so I understand how difficult it can be to book your cat or dog into a cattery or kennels, and that it’s almost impossible to find a pet sitter for small animals, especially at short notice. If your pet is an important member of the family, as they are in mine, then let me help with their care when you cannot. No booking or pet is too big or too small.

I can provide a professional, reliable, pet service no matter the weather! I will always take the time following a walk in the rain to clean and dry off your pet and ensure they are left happy and content, and your home is clean too. I can help with medication needs, feeding, cleaning, basic small animal grooming and simple play! Sometimes a busy life, family holidays or poor health means you need extra support to look after your pet. I will always treat your pet as if it were my own, build a bond with them, and give them all the attention they deserve.

I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, especially if they have access to your home while you are away. I want to ensure you feel you are choosing someone you can trust, someone that will care for and love your animal as much as you do and keep them happy and healthy while you are not around.

I hold public liability insurance and pet insurance with Pet Business Insurance, and I have had a DBS check for your peace of mind. I am constantly striving to improve the service I offer, and I will always be undertaking some form of training in aspects of dog and pet care, extending my knowledge, to ensure the service I offer is the best it can be.
