About Bourne4Walkies

With over 15 years experience of looking after my own dogs/pets as well as family and friends dogs, I decided to make it into a business. I always wanted my pets to be looked after when we went on holidays and have the security of knowing they would be cared for how I would- so they always went to a family members home. I would like to offer the same.

Knowing that your pet is cared for within the family home whilst your away eases the pressure and offers reassurance to you. Our garden is fully enclosed, and living in the Ashbourne area there are many great walks for our doggy guests. We have dogs so well socialised dogs welcome, non aggressive/reactive dogs as we have children at home.

We would welcome a trial visit so that your dog/pet and you can ensure we have the right match. Then we can tailor walks/boarding to each indivdual pets needs.

We are fully insured, , basic DBS checked, Pet first Aid/CPR certificate can be seen and would be happy to discuss giving medication if needed and direction given by the owner.

Highly recommend ..Emma and her family looked after Tobi so well that I’m not sure he wanted to come home!! Which is very reassuring to know he enjoyed his stay so much, having only had our boy for a short while all of his life to that point spent in kennels, I was very worried about leaving him.... but absolutely felt so happy to leave him with Emma, I know Tobi enjoyed playing with the other dogs so much too that I’m going to sort him a regular play day there ❤️😃 Tobi is already looking forward to his next stay in Sept!!

Emma is absolutely fantastic with the dogs. We have used Bourne 4 walkies for our Labrador who loves it when Emma arrives. She is trustworthy and honest and passionate about her job. And more importantly she loves dogs. I really love the way she documents the dogs day. Thank you Emma x

Can highly recommend Bourne 4 Walkies, our dog loved her short stay and was spoilt rotten with lots of cuddles, walks and attention. The price was very reasonable and we were so much happier that our old dog was being cared for in a home environment rather than a boarding kennel. Thanks Emma and family!!

Emma was fantastic. This was the first time we had left our dog overnight and we were quite nervous! We text a few times to see how Buddy had settled in and Emma got back to us quickly and even sent us some photos of him.

The garden is secure and good size and he had a great time, I don’t think he wanted to leave!

I will definitely be using Emma again and would really recommend her to anyone.

Emma has been fantastic with both our dogs... Bertie and Archie.... both sprockers who are very energetic and need lots of walks and cuddles. She walks them every day and they always come home exhausted but happy! She has also had them overnight and I am sure they are reluctant to come home. I feel very safe leaving my babies in Emma’s capable hands. Such a weight off my mind knowing they are being cared for and looked after. A 5 star service ☺️
