Answer: Thanks to the Mobile App I provide free of charge you will receive an automatic notification on your mobile phone and at the end of my visit you’ll receive a report with pictures, videos and in the case of walks a map showing you where I’ve taken your dog for a walk.

Question: How do I pay for your services?

Answer: You can pay by bank transfer or using your debit or credit card. Invoices are payable on the date your booking is confirmed which is also the invoice date. If you know exactly when you will require services each week i.e. dates, times and duration a schedule will be created and in this case you’ll receive an invoice on Thursday each week for the following week. This guarantees my availability for the services you want when you want them.

Answer: Safety is our priority. In case of emergencies, we follow a predetermined plan, contact you immediately, and, if necessary, reach out to your veterinarian or emergency services. We also keep your emergency contacts updated to ensure quick response and care.

Question: How many dogs do you walk at a time?

Answer: Usually one dog at a time unless a client has two or three dogs and wants me to walk them together. N.B. I never walk dogs from different owners together.

Answer: My normal hours are Mon – Friday 8.00am – 5pm. However I will always endeavour to provide my services outside of these days and times if a client needs me to do so.
