About Judith Griffin - Doggie Day Care
I was brought up with dogs from an early age and have always loved them. I have years of experience of many different breeds. I love all breeds of all ages but for practical reasons I only look after smaller dogs. I believe loving the dog and trying to read their needs (i.e think dog!) is the best starting point for any good dog carer. The dogs in my care are treated as if they are my own in an home from home envirnment; their individual comfort, safety and exercise needs are important to me. I play and interact with every dog which not only is fun for all of us but stimulates them mentally and tires them out physically! I am a member of NarpsUK (National Association of Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers), and I am fully insuranced
Qualifications: 1.Certificate in Pet Sitting and Dog Walking approved by NarpsUK and LANTRA.
2. Advanced Certificate in Puppy Health, Care and Coaching accredited by UK Rural Skills
3. I have started an Accreditied Professional Diploma in Canine Behaviour.

I agree with the excellent reviews below.
Judith has been looking after our little dog Zeus for over 2 years. What can I say? He absolutely adores both her and Beau and gets very excited and chatty as we approach her home. He goes straight off to greet her when we arrive, leaving me at the door. I know from his body language and interactions that he feels safe, secure and well-cared for and looking forward to the day ahead. At the end of the day a tired little dog has plenty to say about his adventures, which I can also follow from the photographs and updates that Judith sends during the day. Zeus is generally on the run having a fabulous game of chase in the park.
Judith often looks after Zeus overnight and during longer holiday periods. This requires greater confidence on the part of the dog owner. However, Judith has a wonderful caring nature as well as significant expertise with the various courses she has undertaken and experience with her own little dog. She is sensitive to a dog’s mood and I know that Zeus is in very good hands even if he is under the weather.
It’s a huge responsibility to select a dog-carer for such an important member of your family. I am so glad that I made the right decision!

I have been using Judith to look after my cockapoo, Pebbles for a while now and I am more than happy with the care and attention that Judith provides when Pebbles is with her.
At all times, Pebbles is always so excited when she sees Judith and her own dog Beau and she absolutely adores spending time with them both and I know that Judith loves and cares for Pebbles as if she was her own.
Judith is reliable, trustworthy, caring, super friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and very professional and offers a great service like daily dog walking, overnight sleepovers, weekend & holiday dog sitting. Whenever Judith looks after Pebbles for me she sends me pictures and updates on a regular basis.
In all the years that I have known Judith she has never ever let me down and often helps me out by walking and looking after Pebbles sometimes at short notice.
I genuinely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Judith.'

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Judith when I first got Max at 9 weeks of age. He is now 2 years old and I feel very lucky that Judith does look after him on a regular basis. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and truly caring about the four legged she looks after. Leaving Max with Judith has become a
needed routine for my dog mental well-being. Max love spending time with her and I could't think of anyone better (including family) to look after him. Not to forget that, despite she say she is not a dog trainer, she has helped enormously with the training of Max from puppy-hood and she still keeping up with it. Behavioural changes are normal for young dogs but addressing them correctly require the expertise I would't have. If Max could talk he would definitely confirm that going to Judith in the morning is always a joy, leaving her at the end of the day or after few days spent with her is less pleasurable.
I cannot recommend Judith highly enough!

Judith is wonderful! Our miniature dachshund puppy Monty can be quite nervous around strangers but Judith is amazing with him- so much so that he now jumps out my arms into hers when we get to her door! She took the time to meet me in the park beforehand to really chat about our needs and is so flexible with my often erratic working hours/ last minute meetings. She always offers such useful advice and I know Monty is in the safest hands. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Judith has looked after Bella several times this year and they just love each other. Bella always comes back happy and well and is never upset to be left there. We are completely happy letting Judith look after Bella either for the day or over several days. Judith has even reduced Bella's barking tendency!

Judith is simply fabulous! I feel so comfortable sending our little Lily to her on a regular basis. She really does look after her like she is one of her own and Lily just loves going there. Beau (Judith's dog) is lovely and him and Lily get on so well. Lily's confidence with other dogs has definitely grown since going to Judith's and she is always so happy to be there. I also love the way Judith sends updates and pictures of the dogs during the day so you can see what they are all up to! She is so conscientious, caring and kind and I really couldn't think of anyone better to take care of our pooch! Highly recommend!

Thank you Judith for looking after Itchy and Scratchy so beautifully - they were safe, loved, exercised and played with for 5 days while we were on holiday - we got daily photographs and updates and could see how much fun they were having. Judith really does adore dogs and we didn't give them a second thought while we were away. SUPER GRATEFUL! They will be coming back to stay with you soon! Thank you a million times XXXX

Judith is quite simply a marvel. She looks after my puppy twiglet and he loves being with her and her dog Beau. She is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to deal with. I just know she looks after my puppy with love and I feel more than happy to leave him with her. We all love her!!

Bumble loved being with Judith and Beau - she was very excited to see them again when I dropped her off the second time. When we bumped into each other in the park the following week she tried to follow Judith back to her flat!
Bumble was looked after well; she got lots of excercise, rest and play. I will definitely use Judith again she and Beau are warm and welcoming and I know Bumble was well cared for. A big fat 5 stars!

I had tried other dog-sitters prior to meeting Judith but I knew the moment I met Judith 'she was the one' and so did Alfie! I go abroad regularly and with a dog that is quite attached to me this could be a problem, not with Judith! Alfie knows when I start packing his bag where he is going. When we gets to Judith's he runs up the stairs without a backward glance and is delighted to see Judith and Beau when she opens the door.
I have total peace of mind when I am away.I Love receiving the daily updates and I can see Alfie is having a fabulous time and getting plenty of exercise and play.
On a personal level, Judith is very friendly, extremely helpful and reliable and super accommodating in terms of dates. Judith is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and loves dogs and dogs love her!
I have every confidence in Judith's abilities and have no reservation in recommending Judith to anybody that is looking for some one to look after their four legged member of the family.
