About Pootlin' Pooches

I am a friendly and personable dog walker. My home would not be complete without my two rescue dogs, however I have been brought up through childhood with pets of all shapes and sizes and have experience of many animal behavioural traits and needs from beloved family pets to those temporarily living in animal charities, waiting for the right home. I have volunteered for and studied animals at local animal charities and have demonstrated my skills in training and understanding to help prepare many dogs for successful rehoming. I live close to a large variety of excellent parks and downland providing perfect opportunities for tailored dog walking. I also offer pop-in services for any animal. I will be pleased to meet you and your pet, discuss short or long term needs and show you my custom fitted transportation. To ensure your peace of mind and your loved ones wellbeing I am fully insured and DBS checked.

Marion has been an amazing Dog Walker for 5 years nows for our 9year old Wheaten Terrier Bix.
Bix adores her, Marion is so in tune with all the dogs and they love her, if I walk Bix in the local park and she sees Marion
in the distance, she will forget everyone around her and go bounding over with excitement to greet her.
I feel completely at ease and relaxed when I am at work, knowing that Bix is going to have a fun and entertaining walk with
Marion, and I look forward to reading the doggy reports when I get home.
I really recommend her, words cannot express how much she means to us and Bix.

Wonderful totally committed dog care. Marion is brilliant with our two mad standard poodles. She walks them, takes them to her own home and judges by their behaviour the program for their stay. Totally reliable Marion researches her profession and dog issues. One in a million, Marion is a gem.

Brilliant totally competent service. Marion loves the dos and certainly my two love her. When they realise it is a Marion-day they sit at the front door waiting. Never worry when they are with Marion. The great thing is that they return from their walk absolutely worn out. Thank you

We feel very blessed and lucky to have found such an amazing, lovely, natural dog lover in Marion. We have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Harry and at first was afraid to leave him alone with anyone. However, on meeting Marion, all our fears and anxieties disappeared. Not just us, but Harry also, felt the immediate warmth and love in her. In such a short time of knowing Marion, Harry now adores her and really looks forward to her turning up for his weekly dog walks and going back to her house and playing in the garden with her two lovely dogs.
We feel completely relaxed and at ease when we go on our holidays, knowing that Harry is being well cared for while we’re away.
We consider Marion to be honest and trustworthy so much to the extent that she has her on front door key to our home.
We have become very close to Marion and regard her as a lovely friend.

Marion recently provided a drop in service for my Yorkshire Terrier, Cat and Caique parrot whilst I was away from home. I was impressed by Marion's calm and professional attitude towards the booking, and the fact that she listened and followed my long list of requirements for each animal. She was unfazed by a food guarding Yorkie, bad tempered cat and diva like Caique and looked after them as if they were her own. I would not hesitate to recommend Marion and Pootlin' Pooches to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and dependable carer of much loved pets

I was impressed how thorough Marion was. Our dog was clearly well looked after. We were particularly pleased with the daily doggy diary written in the first person from Molly dog's point of view. We always wanted her to be in a home environment rather than kennels and I know she was well looked after. I would highly recommend Marion to take living care if your dog while you are away

I would like to thank Marion Rhymer of Pootlin pooches for walking and looking after my dog while i was away for 3 days. i knew he was going to be in very good hands. my dog can be dog to dog responsive so knowing that Marion took the time to find adequate exercise ground where my dog could have a walk and run around also be safe in an enclosed environment to play. i also felt very happy that Marions daycare at her house was an inviting and friendly place for my dog. He did not want to come home so i guess that said it all! . i am still using Pootlin pooches for walks and day care with my dog and will keep doing in the future as i feel its nice to have someone you can trust with your beloved pets. i can highly recommend Pootlin pooches for there dog walking and day care services Marion is a lovely lady that will go that extra mile to help you or your dog in any way. pootlin pooches comes very highly recommended by us thakyou Marion Rhymer.
