Richard has looked after our 2 rescue Ridgeys since we got them 3 years ago. He's walked them and looked after them at his home when we've needed him too. Both dogs are reactionary and anxious yet under his care they've absolutely blossomed and confidently spent time with Richards animals at his house. Cannot thank him enough or recommend his services highly enough. Do give him a call as he will advise and guide you while being competent and professional in all aspects.

Richard has looked after our 2 rescue Ridgeys since we got them 3 years ago. He's walked them and looked after them at his home when we've needed him too. Georgie and Charlie

Richard has been looking after our 2 rescue dogs Georgie and Charlie for the last year now. He is absolutely brilliant with them both as they have had some issues previously. Georgie literally runs to his gate to get in and loves to play with all the dogs and Richard encourages this and also ensures he behaves correctly but still has fun. Charlie is a little bit nervous of other dogs and didn't join in with the play at first but with Richard's help and support he is getting more confident and joining in more. However he does go to Richard for a cuddle when he finds human company more preferable. They both adore Richard and the mention of his name now sends them in an excited state, waiting patiently for him to come to pick them up or for me to take them there. We feel totally happy leaving Georgie and Charlie in Richard's more than capable hands knowing they are excellently cared for and happy and think that they feel as if they are going on holiday too. If we could give Richard 6 stars we would as this service is outstanding and a godsend for us to know our dogs feel so secure and happy there when we need them to be looked after and couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else than to stay with Richard.

Richard has been an absolute godsend for us and our two shih Tzu rescue dogs, Georgie and Charlie. They absolutely loves it there and has been going initially for a few hours to then staying overnight stays and staying whilst we have been on holiday and been totally in content and happy. This is great as we feel totally at ease knowing they are in such good, caring hands being Richard. Charlie has had many issues due to his poor start in life and I was worried that he would not mix but he is slowly getting more confident in the presence of all the dogs and often goes and get a cuddle from Richard when he needs more human company. They both love Richard and his dogs and their friends and get excited at the mention of his name and George runs to his gate literally. I would totally recommend this service and Richard to anyone as it is a first class service. Thank you Julie and Paul

This year is the first year Richard has looked after Jack while I was away on holiday. He took all my concerns on board with regards to Jacks back complaint and his stomach upset into consideration. I can honestly say Jack went in good health and when I went to pick him up I don't think he wanted to leave all his new friends he had made but he came back to me in good health. Richard took photos of his stay and I could see he was playing and having fun. I have always been a little wary of Jack mixing with other dogs I did not know, now my fears have been layed to rest. Richard is an excellent dog carer and Jack is booked in for next year. Thanks again Richard

Richard provides an excellent service. Ted started going to day care from 12 weeks old, he loved it from day 1, lots of play, games and of course treats! Richard treats them as his own,. Ted would not be the dog he is today without the care, love and attention given to him here. I can not recommend this service highly enough. It is only due to relocation, that we can not use this service regularly. Ted will still be visiting on occasion.

Benson stayed with Richard in his home and had a thoroughly great time.
Richard arranged for a meet and greet prior to his stay to ensure that he was going to be happy with his companions. Benson returned home happy, playful and healthy looking. (he usually loses weight when he has stayed in kennels)
We would never allow Benson to go anywhere else. Highly recommend this service.

Richard is a pleasure to deal with kindness and a great understanding of dogs . My rescue terrier can be challenging
And very loving with Richard he never looks back and whines and always returns with a contented expression.
I would not hesitate in recommending Emblem Pet services and neither would Eddie.

Where should I start with my praise of Emblem Pet Services, the owner Richard Yon is one of the nicest and kindest people myself and my husband as ever come across.. When I first brought Darcey to the puppy crèche she was nine weeks old. I was quite worried at the time that she wouldn't settle and be upset! I was wrong, Darcey adores going to Richards and playing with the other dogs... Richard has brought her on wonderfully , and it's a credit to him . He is very flexible , as myself and my husband work shift, and extremely reliable..... In a nutshell all three of us couldn't do without him.. Keep up the good work Richard your a credit as an animal lover.

We cannot recommend Emblem Pet Services enough. For two years Richard has walked our boys on a regular basis and looked after them when we have been away. Richard provides us with updates each day on how Paddy and Zeus have behaved and offers invaluable advice. The boys would be lost without their Uncle Richard, he has the patience of a saint and we would not trust anybody else.

We had tried numerous borders, but on collection we were never satisfied with how Stanley was looked after, whilst away we would be forever worrying as to how he was. Its a different story with Richard and in fact its like a home from home for Stanley he thoroughly enjoys his stays, settling in easily and at the end of his stay he comes home bright and fresh with no anxiety unlike we had experienced before.I would thoroughly reccomend Emblem Pet Services

As overly concerned 'parents' of an elderly Beagle it was very important to us to find a holiday address where our little girl can 'Beagle about' at her own pace, be safe, be stimulated and be happy. In Emblem Pet Services, we have found just that. We now go away with a reassured feeling, safe in the knowledge that our girl is in the very best hands and we cant recommend Richard highly enough. Fantastic service. My dog Maximus has been using doggy day care for about a year now and thoroughly enjoys his time there. It is a great opportunity for him to socialise with other dogs and has built relationships with Richard and his friends there. Richard is very knowledgeable about a lot of breeds and their characteristics and has proven to give me good advice on Maximus behaviour whilst in his puppy stages. He will go to great lengths to meet your needs and provide an effective service for you and your pet. Richard does have his own dogs as well as visitors which are very placid and welcome others, providing guidance to the others dogs on appropriate behaviour. We have also utilised the boarding service, Richard providing this in his own home, as day care service. The thought of putting my dog into kennels scares me a bit, it is comforting to know that he is getting looked after like he would at home with the added bonus of endless hours of playing. Communication is excellent, feedback is always given after visits and sometimes photographs, when they are still for long enough. As you can tell Richard is very passionate about his job, I do not know what I would do without the service. All services are charged at a reasonable rate, worth the money. Highly recommended.

I have had great personalised care of my Jack Russell who has had several behavioural issues which have improved so much since spending regular time at Emblem pet services, due to the knowledge and experience of Richard. My Jack Russell gets excited whenever he's goes to stay and treats it as his second home.

Just wanted to say thanks again for taking such good care of our baby. He is looking so great and I can tell he's been very happy with you! He almost looked disappointed the party was over when we collected! Lol, I think he's had a better holiday than us! So happy we have a great place for him to stay whenever we go away from now on.

My dogs loved staying with Richard, he provides a great flexible service and is really good with my two flat coated retrievers, they never look back when Richard comes to take them on a walk and he leaves excellent feedback on what they did whilst they were with him!
