About WELSH PAWS
My name is Donna, I just adore all animals, I love the great outdoors, and enjoy helping others, that is why I started WELSH PAWS, an independent pet care service. I have many years of experience in dealing with a variety of animals, I have a Springer Spaniel and Horses. (All are my pride & joy & best friends.)
I believe all animals deserve a special place in our heart, the unconditional love they give is priceless. With our busy lifestyles it can sometimes be tricky fitting everything into your day, so if you are looking for support with the care of your pets then WELSH PAWS are here to help.

Initial Set-Up Visit
Free of Charge - We come to meet you and your pets at your home, become familiar with your preferences and routines, pick up keys and complete all necessary paperwork.
Walking
(includes Pick up and Drop off, towel dry and feeding if required)
£14 per walk, Discounts for additional dogs from same household
Pet Visit/Taxi
House visit, fed, watered, toilet/clean up and lots of cuddles £10.00

*Additional charges apply on Bank Holidays Boarding and for weekend day-care/walking/Pet Visit
Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is payable at the time of booking any boarding dates. 100% of the Fees are payable if cancellation occurs less than 48hrs of the scheduled service.
Balance payment are required by “Payment Due” date marked on invoice.
For walks/day care, payment is required by “Payment Due” date is marked on invoices.
All pre-booked walks/day care, are chargeable, unless your dog becomes unwell and requires emergency veterinary treatment. In all other cases, 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required.
All areas covered based from Caerphilly Mileage charge of 0.45p anything over 5 miles
Dog Walking
We offer a dog walking service in Caerphilly and surrounding areas, all our walks are stimulating, and great fun for all, the beauty of Wales is it has no end of beautiful areas to explore. From day trips to beaches to forest hikes. All dogs are towel dried off after a wet or muddy walk. As a professional & responsible dog walker we make sure that your dog remains in safe hands. All dogs are kept on a lead or long training line, unless you request free time which is not a problem, but you will need to sign a consent form for this. We walk 2-4 dogs in a group, rest assured we carefully match our four-legged friends to suitable groups and can cater for Solo dog walking if required.
Pet Visits
A new puppy in your home is always such good fun but requires a lot of time and attention. We understand the demands of a busy lifestyle which can make this difficult 24/7. Whether its puppy visits, domiciliary, welfare or feeding visits for any pet, don’t worry it’s all part of our service. Letting you carry out your day safe in the knowledge that your pet is calm and relaxed at home with a visit or two from us.
Pet Taxi
We can also transport you pet to your appointments, whether it be a trip to the vets or grooming parlour, we will either stay with your pet or collect (depending on requirements) then return safely back to you or required destination.
