Hi, I'm Mona.
I run Bright Pups from Kingswood, South Gloucestershire, providing professional dog walking and pet care across Bristol and the surrounding area.
I care for every dog as an individual. Before I walk any new dog, I visit you at home, no exceptions. I walk a maximum of four dogs at once, send a photograph and written update after every single visit, and will always tell you if something concerns me on a walk.
Being a keyholder matters to me. I treat every home with the same respect I'd want for my own. Services include solo walks, group walks, puppy visits, pet pop-ins, and more.

Solo Walk
Individual walks for dogs who prefer their own company
One-to-one attention for dogs who prefer their own space, are still building confidence, or simply do better without other dogs around. These walks are tailored to your dog’s needs, whether that is a good run around in a quiet place, playing fetch, or just having a good sniff and exploring.
Group Walk
Small group walks with dogs matched by temperament
Up to four dogs, carefully matched by temperament. Group walks provide socialisation and stimulation while keeping numbers small enough for every dog to get attention. Collected from home, they are walked for a full hour, and returned home clean, their water is topped up, and they’ll be ready for a snooze. *Group walks are dependent on time and days required, as well as location. Where possible, new groups can be created.*
Pet Pop-In
A visit, a feed, some company - in your home
A visit to your home while you are out. Mona feeds, waters, spends time with your dog, and handles any medication if needed. Ideal for dogs who prefer their own environment or cannot manage a full walk. Includes a photo update and note after every visit.
Puppy Visit
Two daily drop-ins for the newest member of your family
Two 30-minute drop-ins per day for puppies who need company, feeding, and toilet breaks while you are out. I understand puppy development and use each visit as an opportunity to reinforce gentle routines. For puppies from 8 weeks. Photos are provided so you can see your pups having fun, along with an update so you know what we got up to.
