Providing professional, reliable care for your beloved pets when you can't be there. We offer you peace of mind that your pets will be looked after with lots of love and attention, because here at Home Loving Pets we understand that pets are part of the family. When it comes to pet care we focus on one thing and one thing only, that is, what’s important to YOU! We know how important your pet is to you and therefore how important it is for us to demonstrate that we care too.

Home Loving Pets is run solely by me, Charlotte Everitt. I have had a love for animals since I was born, growing up with many pets as a child from goldfish and hamsters to cats, rabbits and dogs. My love of animals continued as after my GCSE's I decided to study at Writtle College for a national Diploma in Animal Care. Through this I gained work experience with Colchester Zoo, Colchester Cat Rescue, RSPCA Wethersfield, Tiptree Veterinary Centre, and within the college itself with a variety of domestic, exotic and farm animals. To further my knowledge I studied for a BSc Zoology with Honours at Aberystwyth University.

My career has been within the animal care industry, having worked at a kennel and cattery, veterinary hospital, dog training and walking and volunteering for the RSPCA and Colchester Zoo. Whilst travelling I joined HelpX in New Zealand where I stayed and worked on 2 organic farms, helping with the feeding, cleaning, and general day to day running of the farms.  

Having gained qualifications and with over 15 years of experience caring for a vast array of animals, I decided I could put my skills together and provide a personalised business for others whom need some help with providing safe, reliable care for their beloved pets, what ever that may be. Joining NARPS UK (National Association of registered Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers) and gaining a Professional Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Business Diploma, I can ensure your beloved pets can receive professional, safe and loving care.
