About Maisilly Complete Dog Care
My name is Sally and I live in Chaldon Surrey with my partner Tony and our beautiful Cocker Spaniel Maisie. I have had a love and passion for dogs all my life. After three Golden Retrievers, two Cocker Spaniels and a Yorkshire Terrier I am exited to turn my passion into a business - Maisilly Complete Dog Care.
At Maisilly, we are able to offer a range of services to help you give your dog the life it deserves, Dog Walking, Home visits/feeding, Dog Transportation and so much more.
We are all CRB checked to give you peace of mind about security issues. Obviously with access to your home, key holding, alarm details you need to be confident. We are absolutley committed to provide the very highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
I have completed a Dog First Aid course conducted by Galen Therapy. The course was taught by leading veterinary surgeon Andy Mead BVet Med MRCVS supported by Julia Robertson.
We have full Public Liability Insurance. The policy is with Pet Business Insurance (recommended by NarpsUK) and the key terms of the policy are :-
Public Liability cover 3 million
Care Custody and Control (liability to animals) 15,000 for any one incident
Loss of key cover 10,000
We also have fully comprehensive vehicle insurance which includes the provision for business use transportation of dogs.

We are located in Chaldon Surrey and cover the areas of Purley, Whyteleafe, Kenley, Coulsdon, Hooley, Old Coulsdon, Chaldon, Caterham, Warlingham, Woldingham, Bletchingley, Nutfield and Merstham.
DOG WALKING
Unless otherwise agreed your dog(s) will be walked for a full hour. We will walk on or off lead, any dog walked off the lead will be fitted with a satellite navigation device showing its whereabouts (in real time) and available to my Ipad. We will have portable shower facilities on board and every dog will be returned clean and towel dried when they get wet, muddy or worse!
On returning them home we will ensure they are settled and have their water bowl filled to the brim with fresh water.
HOME VISITS
Our Home visit service is intended to provide owners who work or have other commitments which take them away from home to have the reassurance that their loved one will be visited at a specified time to receive their deserved share of care, cuddles and cuisine. It is designed to break up the day for your loved one enabling you to be away for more prolonged periods safe in the knowledge that we will take good care of your dog.
I will visit your home by prior arrangement and provide your dog with care, affection and give them their food which you have prepared and clear up any little accidents that they might have had.
Your dog will be taken out on the lead for a short toilet walk. There is nothing better for your dog to have a change of scenery to relieve boredom, a friendly visitor to play games with and to provide them with their food.
If you have an elderly dog who is housebound and can’t venture out on lead walks or a puppy who is too young to walk in public areas, I can let them out in your garden for a toilet break, provide them with cuddles and provide them with their food.
For senior dogs, company and cuddles will make their day, for puppies I can start to introduce basic commands and training games.
TRANSPORTATION
Our Luxury, air conditioned, fully caged vehicle is available to transport your dog.
- Perhaps you don't have access to transport to take your pet to the vets. or groomers or maybe you have appointments which conflict with work or social arrangements.
- Going on holiday you may like your loved one delivered or collected from your kennels.
- Moving home? We can take care of you dogs needs during a long journey, providing them with regular stops and walks, allowing you to concentrate on the trials and tribulations of the move.
Whatever your needs we can help.
The Vehicle has fitted cages and is fully insured to transport dogs.
Also on board we keep a portable shower system and a fully stocked first aid kit.
DOG GROOMING
In the coming months we will be offering a full range of grooming services. Please stay in touch for future announcements.
TRAINING AND BEHAVIOUR
As part of our Dog Walking and Home Visit services we provide basic training routines as part of the service. There will be times when we feel that a dog requires more specialist training and will make appropriate recommendations to our clients.
We are also proposing to offer a range of Training and Behaviour services in the near future in partnership with a qualified dog trainer. Stay in touch to see more details.
DAY CARE AND BOARDING
In the medium term we are intending to offer a range of Day Care and boarding services to clients. Kennels, of course, offer a viable service but through discussions with our clients and contacts we feel strongly there is a more attractive solution.
We are presently working hard to provide what we believe will be a more "home from home" day care and boarding option. Please watch this space for future announcements.
DOGGY PRODUCTS
There are thousands and thousands of products on the market for dogs. Through our research and contacts we come across certain products that we feel merit attention for their purpose, quality and uniqueness. It is our intention to feature these products on our web-site and make them available to our clients. We hope to have our initial range of products available on the website in the coming months.
