About Paws for Outdoors
Hello. My name is Steve. I live with my cocker spaniel Max who is 4 years old in Stone, Staffordshire. I have decided to turn my lifelong passion and love of dogs and small animals into my new profession, having spent the last 16 years working in IT.
I set up Paws for Outdoors to offer dog walking, home pop-in visits and pet transport for trips to the vets or groomers.

Dog Walking
Are you too busy or unable to walk your dog for any other reason? Well, don’t worry because help is at hand.
Paws for Outdoors will provide you with a friendly, professional, fully insured dog walking service – I offer either individual or group dog walks whichever is most suited to your dog.
Regular exercise will make your dog fitter, happier, calmer and easier to manage. It can also prevent boredom which often leads to dogs chewing or barking when they are left alone.

Home Visits
Puppy & Elderly Dog Pet Visits
Out for a long period(s) during the day, I can visit 1-2 times a day for socialising, cleaning up any mishaps, toilet breaks, feeding, cuddles and play.
Puppies - I offer a half hour visit to give reassurance and affection, while interacting and stimulating your puppy.
Elderly Dogs (or dogs that do not need walking) - Some elderly or poorly dogs are unable or unwilling to participate in long walks or you may feel that they do not need walking during the day but do need some company and toilet breaks.
These visits can be totally flexible to meet you and your dogs requirements.
Other Pet Pop Ins / Pet Feeding
Giving you peace of mind that your small pets are cared for while you are away and ensuring that your house does not look vacant while you are not there.
Cat Pop ins / Feeding - Keeping your cats in their own familiar surroundings rather than the upheaval of going to a cattery, while you are away.
I can pop in 1-2 times a day for 20 to 30 minutes to feed, water, clean litter trays, stimulate through play, as well as open/close curtains, turn lights on/off, take in the post, put bins out.
Small animal Pop ins / Feeding - rabbits, guinea pigs or hamsters, fish etc. I can pop in 1-2 times a day for 20 minutes to feed, water, clean out cages, stimulate through play as well as open/close curtains, turn lights on/off, take in the post, put bins out.
Pet Taxi
Working or housebound? No need to worry about appointments.
Paws for Outdoors caters for visits to the vets and grooming parlours in a safe and comfortable vehicle.
