Hi, I'm Taryn — the person behind The Peak Pack, a dog walking and pet care service based in Nether Edge, Sheffield. I've had a few different dogs over the years, so I understand their needs, routines, and quirks from real hands-on experience. I've also spent time supporting an established local dog walker, learning the ropes of managing multiple dogs safely and confidently on a real working round. That grounding is what The Peak Pack is built on.

Services I offer:

• Solo dog walks (30 minutes / 1 hour)
• Group dog walks (up to 5-6 dogs)
• Cat sitting
• Home stays — I stay at your home to care for your dog, cat, or other pet in their own familiar environment
• Home visits — daytime drop-ins, with extra visits available for kittens and puppies who need more frequent attention than adult pets
• For dogs who'd love a longer adventure, I'm also happy to arrange trips out into the Peak District for an extra-long walk somewhere really scenic — just let me know if that's something your dog would enjoy.

Safety & Trust

I'm insured through Protectivity, and I'm booked in to complete my Canine First Aid certification on 23rd August. For group walks, dogs travel securely in my car — each individually secured with seatbelt and bungee harnesses, so there's no crowding or loose leads in transit.

Every walk and visit is tracked through the Walkies app, so you always know exactly how your pet\'s day is going, with photo updates and GPS tracking along the way.

Getting Started

I always offer a free meet-and-greet before the first booking, so your pet can get comfortable with me first, and we can talk through routine, feeding, behaviour, and anything else that matters to you. I treat every dog and cat in my care exactly how I'd want my own to be treated — with patience, genuine attention, and a good understanding of what makes them feel safe and happy.
