About Sue’s Canine Care
Hello! My name is Sue Kelly. I’ve been a dog owner for over 30 years, with experience of a range of breeds, including rescued Rottweilers, Greyhounds, and ‘Mutley’ type mixes! My business has been running successfully since April 2019, so for nearly 4 years.
I understand that there are times when you can’t be around for your dog or aren’t able to walk them as much as you’d like. I know the worry and guilt that can bring. So, let me help you!
My services for you and your your dog include:
- walking
- pop-in visits for toilet breaks, feeding & company.
I specialise in one-to-one dog walking, so your pet has my full attention and I can make sure they have a safe, fun and stimulating time.
I cover the West Bridgford, Edwalton, Ruddington, Wilford and Compton Acres areas within Rushcliffe.
I am fully insured, CRB (DBS) checked, & have successfully completed the NarpsUK Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Business Course (UK Rural Skills Certificate).

Dog walking

Prices listed are per dog and are payable in advance.
All walking appointments include time to play with and settle your dog on our return home. Feeding can also be arranged on request.
I specialise in one-to-one dog walking, so your pet has my full attention and I can make sure they have a safe, fun and stimulating time.
I will never walk more than 3 dogs at a time and will seek your permission beforehand. Any dogs walked at the same time will be carefully assessed to make sure they’re compatible and safe to walk together.
Pop-in visits
- £8 for 20 minutes
- £10 for 30 minutes
- £14 for 1 hour
For older pets or those with a health condition that just need a visit for a toilet break, some company and reassurance. Price reduction may be available for multiple visits in a day, depending on distance.
Pet photography
New service just for regular clients at the moment! A variety of products are available, including prints, canvases, cards, calendars and photo books. Price variable dependent on photo-shoot time and type of product/s chosen. Examples of similar products are available to view on request.

I cant recommend Sue enough - she is a kind hearted person who clearly has a passion for her work.
Sues Canine Care is reasonable priced and she only takes 1 dog out at a time so 100% full attention is paid - both relieving from a safety perspective and a nice experience for my dog.
I would happily recommend Sue for her dog walking services. It is sometimes quite an anxious process letting someone else look after your dog but Sue is so professional and friendly, she is almost part of the family now!
