Up until November 2016 Vetfone was included as a part of our Silver and Gold membership packages. Due to a lack of demand and a very small number of calls being put through over the last three years, NarpsUK has decided to terminate the contract with Vetfone.
However, Vetfone do provide a telephone service which is a £12.50 fixed fee by calling 01728 727673 and if you provide us with a copy of your telephone bill showing the Vetfone number, we will refund this cost.
We would highly recommend first speaking to the vet that the pet is registered with to ensure that any existing medical conditions are taken into account.
