DOG WALKING SERVICES Our Dog Walking Service is provided by a CRB checked, NARPS Accredited, Dog Walker. We are pleased to offer two types of walking service: Pack Walks and Individual Walks. Pack Walks allow your dogs to socialise with Human and Furry Friends in beautiful scenic locations. Your pooch will be collected from your property and will enjoy an hour of: walking; playing and; treats. Please allow from 11:00-14:00 for: collection; activities and; return. Individual Walks are advised for Dogs who love the outdoors, but struggle with other furry playmates. This is a walk from their own home, taking place in the surrounding area which is familiar and comforting for the nervous dog. Doggy Day Care Specific Terms and Conditions:

Please be advised to contact at any point before 20:00 if you are concerned you will miss the 20:00 pick up deadline
Collecting a pet, with prior agreement, after 20:00, will result in Additional Hours Fees Doubling after 20:00
Failing to collect a pet, without prior agreement, by 20:00 may result in a Full Home Boarding Rate being applied in addition to Doggy Day Care and Double the Additional Hours Rate being applied for every hour until the next available collection slot of 07:30 - 08:30. This will be at the discretion of The Dogfather on evaluation of the circumstances
Agreement to extend the services provided cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of The DogFather. A decision to decline agreement will be based upon disruption to services that The Dogfather can provide to others as a result of a delayed collection and, the impact it has upon the Dogfather's personal commitments.

Home Boarding Specific Terms and Conditions:

Please be advised that you MUST notify The Dogfather (or his associates), as soon as possible (not between 22:00-06:00) if a collection deadline is likely to be missed to see if an agreement can be made to extend services provided. The fees may be negotiable depending on the length of delay you anticipate and, the disruption of services which is likely to occur.
An agreement to extend services at short notice will result in a £5/hour charge until collection or;

a £5 charge in excess of:

Missed AM collection: Full Doggy Day Care rate for that day

Missed PM collection: Full Home Boarding rate for that day

The fee will be calculated based on the least expensive option for the patron that day

A Failure to collect your pet within the allotted time slot, without agreement, will result in a doubling of fees for:

Missed PM collection: Full Home Boarding rate for that day

Agreement to extend the services provided cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of The Dogfather. Flexibility of Services:

Should flexibility of services be required by the patron surrounding: changes to drop off and pick up times or; a requirement for collection where this service is not expressly offered, an additional fee may be payable. This fee will be based upon any disruption of service to others that may occur. If it is deemed that an additional fee will be required then this will be confirmed, between The Dogfather (or his associates) and the patron, at the time that the booking is agreed.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

Any booking made with the The DogFather (or his associates) creates an automatic agreement to these Terms and Conditions of service
