In order to demonstrate and uphold the integrity of NarpsUK and its members, the organisation requires all members to adhere to and work within the NarpsUK Code of Practice and Terms and Conditions. The code is further strengthened by a robust Complaints and Disciplinary Procedure, providing a process by which any complaints against individuals or businesses can be dealt with fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
